Why Boxercise?
Boxercise is a fun, challenging, and safe workout that involves pad work and bodyweight exercises. Incredible for letting off some steam, this workout will also burn 100s of calories. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, we will find the right level of challenge for you and ensure you get as much out of it as possible. We provide the gloves and pads but you can bring your own if you have them. Other than that we would advise you to bring a towel and a bottle of water.

About us
In 2020 our founder Ashley started training his friends and family, alongside his PE teaching, so they could maintain and improve their fitness during the first lockdown. After seeing the impact it had on the local community, Ash decided to start Achieve Fit where the focus is on tailoring an approach that suits you, your goals, your fitness levels, and your lifestyle.Achieve Fit are passionate about the impact Boxercise and fitness can have on an individual and we would love to share that with you.

FAQWhat do I need to bring? Nothing as we provide all the equipment..however, if you've got your own pads and gloves bring themI'm extremely unfit, does it matter? Absolutely not, all exercises and programmes are adapted for the individualI've got a medical condition, can I still attend? Once we've got more information on your condition we will determine if it's safe for you to attend the session.What's the age limit? We've had participants as young as 13 come and old as 65.Will this session help me lose weight? After 2 weeks, you will feel the difference. After 4 weeks you will start to see the difference. After 6 weeks other people will start noticing.
